We invite you to join like-minded womxn for a free 21-day group detox where you'll get the benefits of stepping away from social media without losing the opportunity to connect with other womxn!
We'll meet weekly for a mindfulness circle where we'll journal, practice breathwork, & unpack the week's journaling prompts. Together we'll explore:

- Self-love & self-worth
- Personal goals
