Cycle Breakers Circle: Redefining Womxnhood
Time & Location
About the Event
March's Cycle Breakers Circle theme is "Redefining Womxnhood." This month we'll be exploring what womxnhood means to us, unlearning the beliefs that no longer serve us, and creating a new definition that meets our modern selves. We'll dive into our family's conditioning, society's conditioning, and heal from the beliefs that hurt our progress in community.
This gathering is facilitated by Loved by Destiny founder, Destiny Moore Saldivar. A cycle breaker herself, Destiny faciliates this space with empathy, compassion, and warm encouragement. She is a licensed social worker, wellness lover, and mindfulness advocate. She enjoys blending mindfulness, introspection, and group facilitation to create a safe space for womxn of color to share, learn, and grow together.

About Cycle Breakers Circle:
A cycle breaker is someone who understands the pain and trauma that creates their family narrative, empathisizes with it, and actively seeks to transcend it. They are someone who disrupts the cycle of trauma within their family, friendships, career trajectory, and most importantly, within themselves. A cycle breaker, even with fear, has the courage to pave a new path for themselves and the people that will come after them - a path that honors their family's trajectory while simultaneously honoring their personal purpose.
The mission of the Cycle Breakers is to support, love, and encourage womxn of color as they practice self-healing, so that their healing creates a ripple effect of healing within their families and communities.
Every month Loved by Destiny will host a virtual support group to give womxn of color who are breaking cycles of pain and trauma in their families a space to self-soothe in community. Together we will return to our bodies via breathwork and mindfulness, increase our self-awareness through journaling, and build community through honest conversation. Our flourishing sisterhood will create an environment where the seeds of healing are planted and encouraged to flourish. Every meeting will end with targeted resources and referrals to support your healing journey past your time with the group.
