About the Event

With mental health as a new priority in our lives, finding creative ways to be physically active is important. However, as we begin more home workouts, our form and positive self-talk are crucial to staying healthy both physically and mentally. Loved by Destiny has partnered with His and Hers Bootcamp NY to bring you a donation-based 50-minute workout session guaranteed to leave you feeling powerful with an increased sense of mindfulness as you move.

This session is led by Washington Heights personal trainer and His and Hers Bootcamp NY founder, Brandon Matthews! Learn more about his 5-star private training studio here. Brandon will walk us through 6+ exercise forms and help us identify the "correct" way to move our bodies in order to avoid injury (and the hospital)! In between each set, Destiny will provide positive affirmations for the body and self to help rewire our brains and focus on our strengths vs. our areas of growth.

100% of donations will go towards Juliet Beato-Garcia's fundraiser for students in the Dominican Republic affected by COVID-19. Thanks to your gift, 100 students will receive new backpacks fully supplied for the year and their teachers will have basic classroom supplies to help get their year started.
